1. Introduction

Gamomaniacs (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our") provides users (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "your") with access to the Gamomaniacs mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "App"). These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") govern your use of the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to access or use the App. If you are under 18 years old, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use the App. By accessing or using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

1. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you may need to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when you create your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.

1. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any conduct that violates this Agreement or any applicable laws or regulations. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Using the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

• Impersonating another person or entity

• Interfering with or disrupting the App's operation or network connections

• Using any automated means to access the App or collect data from the App

• Posting or transmitting any content that is obscene, defamatory, or infringes on any third-party rights

1. Intellectual Property

The App and its contents, including but not limited to graphics, images, and text, are the property of Gamomaniacs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the App or its contents without our prior written consent.

1. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" basis and we make no warranties or representations regarding its operation, functionality, or content. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

1. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Gamomaniacs be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from your use of the App or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Gamomaniacs and its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of this Agreement.

1. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gamomaniacs is headquartered, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

1. Changes to this Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. If we make material changes to this Agreement, we will notify you by email or through the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes to this Agreement will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
